    Our Team

    Chris Garcia

    President

    Chris Garcia has been serving his community since 1998, holding a TCOLE license and currently serving as a Reserve Deputy Fire Marshal – Arson Investigator. With over 25 years of dedicated service, he has been a key member of several specialized law enforcement units. During his tenure with the Austin Police Department, he was part of the Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Metro Tactical Response, and the APD Bomb Squad, where he served as a full-time Hazardous Devices Technician (Bomb Tech) and Search/Recovery SCUBA Diver. Additionally, as a member of the VIA Metro Transit Police Department, he worked as a full-time Explosive Canine Handler.

    Chris has completed elite training programs, including the FBI’s Hazardous Devices School at Redstone Arsenal and the TSA Canine Handler Course at Lackland AFB. His extensive training covers a wide range of specialized fields such as SWAT operations, dynamic entry, patrol rifle tactics, unexploded ordnance, underwater explosive operations, explosive breaching, hazmat response, weapons of mass destruction, threat and risk assessment, and arson investigation.

    He holds a Master Peace Officer license and Instructor certification through TCOLE, as well as an Arson Investigator license through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP). Additionally, he is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security as a Level 3, Level 4, and Firearms & Classroom Instructor.

    Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

    Martin Garcia

    Executive Vice President

    Martin Garcia began his service in 1997 by enlisting in the United States Army, where he graduated as a Distinguished Honor Graduate. He served as an Enhanced Patriot Missile Operator & Maintainer, completing his tour while stationed in Germany.

    Following his military service, Martin pursued a career in law enforcement, earning his TCOLE license and serving with a local police department in San Antonio for over a decade. As a Sergeant Investigator, he played a crucial role in criminal investigations and departmental leadership. After retiring, he continues to serve as a Reserve Sergeant – Deputy Constable, maintaining his peace officer license.

    Mike Summers

    Business Development Director

    Mike began his law enforcement career in 1997 with the Austin Police Department, where he served in several high-tempo specialized units, including the Crisis Intervention Team, Fugitive Apprehension Unit, and Domestic Violence Emergency Response Team. He was also a member of the Critical Incident Negotiation Team, serving as a Hostage Negotiator.

    With over 20 years of experience providing professional security services, Mike has built strong relationships with high-profile clients in the Austin area. His dedication to family and selfless service extends to his clients, who become part of his extended network of trust and protection.

    Mike retired from the Austin Police Department in 2021 as an Operations Lieutenant and continues to provide expert security services. He also consults as a subject matter expert on law enforcement operations and facility/employee security.

    He holds a Master Peace Officer License and Instructor License through TCOLE, as well as a security license through DPS – Private Security. Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

    Kristen Garcia

    Director of Operations

    Kristen Garcia has a strong background in emergency management, security operations, and organizational leadership. She holds a Master of Arts in Emergency Management & Homeland Security from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

    Before transitioning into security operations, Kristen served as a Senior Emergency Management Liaison and Executive Assistant at the Texas Division of Emergency Management, where she refined emergency response protocols, coordinated training sessions, and managed critical data analysis. She also served as an Incident Support Team Reservist with BCFS, playing a key role in disaster response efforts for major incidents such as Hurricane Harvey and the COVID-19 pandemic.

    With extensive experience in emergency planning, crisis response, and regulatory compliance, Kristen has developed structured processes and operational strategies to enhance efficiency in high-pressure environments. Her expertise in risk mitigation and policy development has contributed to large-scale emergency management initiatives across multiple organizations.
